TERMS OF USE — PROMOTION ARTIST

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing Promotion Artist (the “Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, the “Last updated” date will be revised. By continuing to use the Site after updates are posted, you accept the revised Terms.

The Site is intended for users aged 13 or older. Minors must have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Promotion Artist is built on open‑source technology and may include components licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or similar licenses. All branding, design elements, and original content specific to Promotion Artist remain our intellectual property.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  1. All registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

  2. You will keep your information updated.

  3. You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

  4. You are at least 13 years old.

  5. If you are a minor, you have parental permission.

  6. You will not use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Site.

  7. You will not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  8. Your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. We may remove or modify usernames that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with security features or platform functionality.

  • Compete with Promotion Artist using data or content from the Site.

6. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

By submitting Contributions, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.

  • Your content does not infringe on third‑party rights.

  • Your content is lawful, respectful, and appropriate.

  • Your content does not include hate speech, harassment, or illegal material.

  • Your content complies with these Terms.

Violations may result in removal of content or account suspension.

7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting Contributions, you grant Promotion Artist a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, display, store, and distribute your content as needed for the operation of the Site.

You retain full ownership of your content. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your work.

8. SUBMISSIONS

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Promotion Artist (“Submissions”) become our property. We may use them without obligation to compensate or credit you.

9. THIRD‑PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Site may include links to third‑party websites or content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, policies, or actions of third‑party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

10. SITE MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor the Site for violations.

  • Take legal action against violators.

  • Remove or restrict content.

  • Manage the Site to ensure stability and security.

11. TERM AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. If your account is terminated, you may not create a new one without our permission.

12. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time. We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or data loss.

13. DISCLAIMER
